Matthew Fox Catches A Small Break… For Now!
Undeservedly so!
But we suppose people are allowed second umpteenth chances at redemption…
While Matthew Fox's team of expert lawyers are currently dealing with the sh*tstorm that raged after Dominic Monaghan’s abuse tweets, the female party bus driver who sued Fox back in 2011 for allegedly hitting her repeatedly in the chest and crotch is dropping her lawsuit due to lack of funds.
Heather Bormann’s attorney withdrew from the suit in April, stating:
"[his client] intentionally failed and refused to provide full and timely cooperation and information.”
It seems the bus driver also couldn’t pay her attorney's legal fees.
Who knows WHAT happened on that bus, but if Matthew did physically attack Heather, we hope he gets what’s karmically coming to him!
Physical violence is the tool of controlling cowards, Matt… ignorant, controlling, cowards who are unwilling to figure out alternative solutions to one’s anger.

You contradicted yourself. The attorney stated that the client was not cooperating and implied she was not telling the truth. The client stated it was for lack of funds. Sounds to me like this case was done pro bono. I highly doubt lack of funds if it's a high profile case against a celebrity.

He's accusing Matt now because "Charlie Hobbit" (yep, I don't even know that dude's real name) has publicly slandered him. I have no idea what Matthew is like in real life…nor do I care, he's just some guy who's a decent actor. But I think what Charlie Hobbit did was 100% wrong and reeks of attention whordom. If he knows for a fact that MF has beaten women then tell the police your story and be done with it. THAT story would have been made public eventually, maybe with a trail? But ohhh no, for whatever reason that just wasn't going to be good enough.
