Prepare for hologram industry takeover!
After the insane reaction to the unprecedented Coachella resurrection hologram featuring Tupac, everyone in the media industry has been trying to figure out how to manipulate this new, futuristic technology to make mega $$$.
And Usher wants in!
Using his live-stream concert at the Hammersmith Apollo in London on June 11th as an experimental platform, the Ush may be the first celeb to fuse social media, holograms, avatars, and music for the most immersive, interactive performance experience EVER!
Audience members will be able to create online avatars who will, via the wonder of the hologram, be able to dance with Usher on-stage.
"Literally, people will be able to create their own avatar and have it dance on the screen with Usher…We know that the principles work – now we have to ensure that we can create this in a way that is live and interactive. There are literally people at computer programs all around the world as we speak, trying to work out the way of doing it.”
In addition to the dancing holograms, live audience tweets and a real-time camera feed from the director’s booth will also be part of this mind-warping event.
The future is upon us folks! Soon we will be taking pills or having chips in our heads that will make us feel like we are PART of the music!
Essentially, the the future will be one giant Acid trip.
