Kate Walsh May Be Done With Private Practice Before ABC Is!

We're sure Private Practice fans were sad to hear that Tim Daly would not be returning to the series next season, but they'll be even more disappointed to hear that Kate Walsh is leaving soon too!
The show is rumored to be going bye-bye after the 13-episode sixth season this fall, but if ABC decides to renew, the series' star is done after next year no matter what.
Sources have confirmed that the actress who plays Dr. Addison Montgomery is opting out of the show once her contract is up after the upcoming 13-episode run.
We're pretty sure ABC should just end the series after the sixth season, but we hear the network will proceed with a seventh if the ratings are good.
Do U think the show has any potential without the star it was built around?

Gald to hear this Grey's rip off is about to tank..
She looks 10 yrs younger than the last time I saw her. Good face club, work well done. I Love it! She looks great.
I think the show should end. It has been a great show but it's time to call it quits. BRING BACK PAN AM!!!!!!
As for Tim Daly,, his character had become too angry, he was difficult to watch, not healthy.
Don't see the point of Private Practice without Addison/Kate Walsh. She's the only reason many of us watch it in the first place. Reckon if Kate quits PP will get crushed in the rush to the viewers' exit door.
"Do U think the show has any potential without the star it was built around?" I just snorted. The answer is obvious.
Private Practice has been on a stall for a long time. Glad that Kate is putting an end to it.
HELL NAW! End of Kate Walsh, end of Private Practice… End of story!
It makes me laugh they seriously consider going on without her. But by all means ABC, go there, I'll enjoy watching it go down. Glad to hear Kate decided to pull the plug. They shld've provided her with some half decent writing a fair few seasons ago.
PP will never work without Walsh! Nobody would watch.
