The Hunger Games: The Search For Finnick Odair Is Down To TWO??
Only TWO tributes actors remain in the fight to play Finnick Odair!
Rumor has it, the search for the right person to play the fyyynest guy in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has been narrowed down to Armie Hammer, Taylor Kitsch and Garrett Hedlund.
In an email written Wednesday, Kitsch said of odds of he scoring the coveted Hunger Games role are … nonexistent. He simply stated :
"Not going to happen."
That means…. the District 4 champ will either be Garrett or Armie!
Lionsgate, said it would not confirm, deny or comment on any casting in progress. So, there is a possibility the rumors are wrong.
That would mean seksi stars like Trevor Donovan, Jesse Williams or Alex Pettyfer could still be in the running for the part!
OMG! WHY WON'T THEY JUST TELL US ALREADY???

It's got to be Garrett, got to be. I mean, have you heard his VOICE?! He's charming and warm- he's a sterling actor too.
Armie Hammer is a very good looking guy, but he's already a big name in Hollywood and they tend not to want already established actors involved in these franchises. Jesse Williams is also hot, but (GASP!) he's half black and we know how some of these Hunger Games fans act when, heaven forbid, there's a non white person cast in these movies. My money is on Jesse because he is the hottest guy out of those listed.
Vanessa Hudgen's boyfriend, Austin Butler, is extemely good looking. Isn't this character they are trying to cast suppose to be amazingly, over-the-top , handsome? That Taylor guy is pretty cute but those other two are just o.k.

Taylor wouldn't fit because every movie he is in has flopped, at least domestically (John Carter, Battleship, etc.).
I've had my fingers crossed for ages that Armie Hammer would be cast as Finnick Odair - so hearing these rumors that he could potentially be in the running (and very near the final decision) for the role seems almost too good to be true! Seriously though, he's absolutely perfect for the part - he's a fantastic actor, undeniably gorgeous and can convincingly play the initially (supposably) arrogant/charming Finnick persona (that's played up for the Capitol and viewers) and later the tragic/damaged Finnick in Mockingjay after he reveals the abuse he has suffered. Armie for the win!

I know he was in Twilight (briefly), but Cam Gigandet would make an awesome Finnick. He is simply beautiful. Failing that, I'd throw my hat in for Matt Bomer or Charlie Hunnam.
