Looks like she went the modest route for the REHAB pool party. Maybe a lil' Kimye baby bump?? Ha!! Nahhh…

She doesn't have one on because you can not airbrush real acual pictures. Every picture she tweets, e-mails or in a magazine is so totally airbrushed and photoshopped , it actually is only 5% her.

she has psoriasis- its a skin condition that is not curable that creates red, dry, flaky and sometimes painful blotches on her skin. It is not contagious but for somebody who makes money based on their image, it can be devastating.
