Tom Felton & Elizabeth Olsen On Set!

| Filed under: Film FlickersTom Felton

Felton Olson Therese

From the look of these pics it seems like the new Tom Felton and Elizabeth Olsen movie is about time travelers that bring water bottles and iPhones back to 1867 Paris.

We'd be wrong, though … but we're sure they're busy making THAT movie now! Ha!

Tom and Elizabeth were on set for Therese Raquin this weekend, a thriller set in olde timey Paris ( circa 1867).

The movie follows Therese (Elizabeth) who gets forced by her aunt Madamme Raquin into a loveless marriage to her gross first cousin (Tom). Therese soon becomes enamored with her husband's friend Laurent (Oscar Isaac) and then…

Well, we're not even sure if we should say more of what it's about, as it seems a little spoilerrific. So take this as your WARNING! THEN:

Laurent and Therese then murder her husband! She finally gets to marry Laurent, only to be haunted by the ghost of her dead husband.

See? Kinda spoilery, but it seems like that's jut the plot!

Still, it sounds good!

We REALLY want Tom to hit it big post-Potter!

But does anyone else find it so strange to see him with darker hair! Such a Snape vibe we're getting!

Check out more pics from the set (below)!

That's just the plot … it's a film adaptation of a French book written by Zola. Do your homework.

It is quite a famous book written in the 1800's and turned into numerous plays and film adaptations, even a broadway musical with music by Harry Connick jr. I read the original book in french class during college. Looks like it's going to be a good movie. BTW, I am a Harry Potter geek, and "Draco" with dark hair is kind of freaking me out a bit! lol
