RHOA's Kim Zolciak Is Getting Kicked Out By Her Landlord??
Could one Real Housewives Of Atlanta star be forced on out of her ATL home?!
While there have been rumors that Kim Zolciak is getting evicted, it sounds like this is just a case of a cranky landlord!
Supposedly, Kendra Davis, who owns the mansion Kim resides in, is PISSED because the housewife was going to end up buying the pad…until she realized it was overvalued by one million!
Davis then took to Twitter to rant about Kim, making accusations that she doesn’t pay her rent and that she was evicting her!
Zolciak, however, is refuting the claims and tweeted:
“Oh! So now I dont pay my rent LMAO…Ppl will say anything for attention. I know if ppl weren’t paying me Id have a lawyer not twitter court.”
Kim has also said that she is NOT getting evicted and there have even been reports that she might just move out completely!
As for that dream house Kim has been thinking about? Sounds like now might be the best time to start building!

its true , Kim and Kroy gave notice to leave on May 31st so they ARE squatters as of right now. If you watched the show last week you saw the owner trying to access HIS own house to see what things Kim was doing to his property for her wedding. She told the reunion show she was buying the house Plus she said she was paying 50 grand to decorate. Oh sure to decorate a rental !!! NeNe was right , Kim is just a monkey in a wig LMAO.
