I suppose it could be true, but Lohan has a long-standing habit of blaming others for most of her problems and mistakes; dare I also point out that Lohan also lies when it suits her? And how many times has she had issues relating to cars? I'm going to be suspicious of her claims until an investigation is done because Lohan has no credibility.
