I still hate that anybody uses that word, no matter who you are! It is a word that should not give power or entitlement. Banish it for life!

  2. 2

they may as well remove it from the dictionary if noone is alowed to say it. its the name of the song i dont think she did anything wrong..nice of him to stick up for her

  3. 3

That's why Perez retweeted it and speculated that her account was hacked. Now he's supporting her tweet. He's about as consistent and trustworthy as the taco shits.

kayne is sucking up big time. he wants gwenth to be his girlfriend's friend. He is not the n..ger police and decides who gets a pass or not. Gwynnth is "real" somewhat, but for him to go on about whose real and who he deems is worthy of his n word permission is ridiculous. I am not getting why n is so bad. I really don't get it and I especially don't get it when black people complain about it and then through it around like it is everyone's first name. Hey Gwynth stay away from Kanye and Kim Kardashian, he is trying to make her into an A lister and his defence of you is to hopefully promote a moral obligation for you to be nice to the skank.

She should be investigated, and if found guilty, she should be imprisoned. We should have no tolerance for her racist comments.

Re: luvs2hustle – Smartest thing ever written on this blog. Ever!

  10. 10

WOW.. so let me get this straight you are allowed to use the highly ignorant term only if you're real or was giving a pass?? They can't be serious with that shit!! As an African American I'm highly offended when this term is used regardless if you're black or white!!!! There is no excuses or a need to use that word. It's a word said to blacks out of hatred and you can't try to ignore the fact of how it was used and make it all positive. I'm sure the KKK have a kick out of hearing black people saying it to each other.. if you use that word you are just plain ignorant.

OMG fucking americans are so damn offended by everything!!!! I mean I know that in my country we didn't have the same past with slavery but C'mon is 2012!! GET THE FUCK OVER IT!

Re: luvs2hustle – LOL. I hate that word.

    Perez,

I think that you owe you readers an apology for defending her use of the term. The fact is, regardless of whether or not rappers defend her or not, she should have the foresight and social consciousness to know that it is not appropriate to use that term. Yes, black people do use that term, but it is as a mechanism of coping. Black people have adopted that word as a term of endearment/expression BETWEEN other blacks, but it doesn't not take away the hundreds of years of use of the word as a mean to subjugate an entire race of people in this country.

When white people use the term, it cannot help but remind us of the usage of the term in the past. Until that word is no longer ever used in a racial context, until it only means what these rappers are claiming it means, then white people should refrain from using it to reference black people in any way shape or form. Unfortunately, all one needs to do is check youtube comments to see how very much that word is used in a derogatory way.

    Ignorance is no excuse.

If you claim to be a person who supports acceptance, you should know better than to ever defend someone who using a racist slang word. I will not be reading your blog anymore, and I hope nobody else does.

Who the fuck is Nas to me tho? Another sell out rapper helpin to make common what should have never been uttered in the first place?? N*ggas in Paris should have never been a title of a song to begin with and there were many Black people who complained, just as there are many who don't use the N-word.

Nas does NOT speak for me or anyone I know so if he likes for Paltrow to call him a n*gga so be it but that is on HIM. Don't come my way with that bullshit!

PH all blacks are not followers of Nas. Just like all gays are not followers of you. Your statement is just dumb. I don't remember the Nas election.
