If you guys would look at the photo properly you'd see that it says "JohnMayer.com" in the corner. You could use your brain and deduce that maybe John Mayer made this himself, as a send-off of Perez? Yeah Perez can be mean sometimes, but making mean comments in response makes you as bad as the person you're directing them at.
