The five minute art-film created by surfing & Lilo enthusiast Richard Phillips is directed by famed surf filmmaker Taylor Steele and fuses surf-culture with the destructive idea of the Hollywood Dream.
Iconic surfer Kassia Meador entrances as Lohan's wave-riding stunt double.
