We don't know WHAT Thom Yorke did to smash Billy Corgan's pumpkins…
But the Smashing Pumpkins frontman is SO pissed about the 'valuation' system in modern music, that he recently mentioned he would gladly jettison a steaming stream of pee all over Radiohead!
"… I'm not pissing on Rainbow. I'm not pissing on Deep Purple. But I'll piss on f*cking Radiohead, because of all this pomposity. This value system that says Jonny Greenwood is more valuable than Ritchie Blackmore. Not in the world I grew up in. So I find myself defending things. Is Ritchie Blackmore a better guitar player than me and Jonny Greenwood? Yes. Have we all made contributions? Yes. I'm not attacking that. I'm attacking the pomposity that says this is more valuable than that. I'm sick of that. I'm so fucking sick of it, and nobody seems to tire of it."

Hopefully all this negativity won't effect the sales of upcoming album Oceania, due out June 18…

Radiohead has been full of itself since after it's first, and best IMO, album. They've yet to top "Creep"! And yeah, Blackmore does NOT get the credit he is due and if anyone is saying Jonny Greenwood is a better guitarist than Ritchie needs a fucking rock and roll brain transplant!

Anyone who thinks "Creep" is Radiohead's best song has obviously only ever heard "Creep" by Radiohead. The Smashing Pumpkins haven't been relevant in years, Billy Corgan is just as pompous as he claims other people are. He has to start this kind of drama in order for people to remember who he is.
