jada pinkett smith miley cyrus marriage advice

Oh, Miley!!

We have a feeling this is just the beginning of a never-ending stream of marriage advice from your fellow rock-bearin' celebs!

And how great it must be too!!

Not everyone gets this kind of wisdom at their finger tips!

Jada Pinkett Smith is giving Miley Cyrus some A-MAZING advice on the importance of marriage and the inevitable tides of change.

She stressed the KEY to any successful marriage is this:

"Learn how to be friends, especially when you are starting that young. Forever is a long time. When you are starting forever at 19 years old, and it is not to say that there is anything wrong with that, but it is just to know that what it is now and what it will be, it is just going to continue to transform and change. You have to keep flexibility. You have to be with someone you consider as a friend."

Preach it, Jada!!

Even throughout the seemingly low points of her and Will Smith's marriage, they're clearly more committed than most Hollywood couples!!

So take note, Miley!! Take ALL the notes!!

yes great advice from the ummm expert. Nobody knows how to cover up a bad marriage better than a hollywood resident :)

If the advice came from Ms Pinkett Smith I'm sure it had something to do with rug munching and beards.

I wouldn't take advice from a scientologist. Icky!

nothing like taking marriage advice from someone who's been sleeping with other men throughout their marriage, "open marriage"

Just do what the other person wants and don't question it much unless it is a really major issue. If you both do this, you will be in harmony most of the time. My wife hates it when I want to make a quick trip to the 7-11 because she feels it should be done when other errands are done and shouldn't have to leave the house for that. So I just don't do it. She MUST be the one to go out and get the morning paper. So I just don't do it. It may sound simplistic, but it is little things like that that keep people getting along and living together for a lifetime. Just shut up and don't kick dust. If you are going to live with someone and be in a monogamous relationship for the rest of your life with them, you have to do this. My way or the highway or "I'm going to it anyway" doesn't work.
