1D member/bad boy Zayn Malik has recently bought a $3.1 million house in North London!
The Up All Night singer’s pad has six bedrooms and is near the Hyver Hill area home he stayed in when he was on X Factor UK!
"Zayn is trying to be smart with his money by putting it into bricks and mortar. He fell in love with the house. The deciding factor was the huge indoor swimming pool. He's already planning some pool parties for when the band are back in town."
Pretty wise decision to start investing! Not bad for a 19 year old! Ha!
We wonder who will be invited to these parties at Zayn’s new crib and who he'll get steamy in the hot tub with?!
One thing's for sure — he better get some good security in case those Directioners get out of control!
