I don't like that dress. The shoulders make her already slim hips look incredibly boyish. Not feeling the bangs either. Pass.

Not a flattering look for her. The dress looks like it doesn't fit her but she wore it anyhow, and that's never good. The good thing about her hair is that it looks like her bangs are taking over her face, but she's got a face like a man, so hiding it is a good thing. I don't deny that she can sing, but her face makes me a little sick. She always looks like a dude in drag.

How on earth can that dress be considered one of the best looks of the week? Looks like a 80's sofa, that should have been thrown out years and years ago! She can do so much better!

She is going to have a small if any movie / TV career after Glee ends. She has no acting talent and just enough signing talent to get by on Broadway.

Miley Cyrus Insists Alcohol Is 'Way More Dangerous' Than Weed! Shares Her New Priorities As An Adult & Artist!

Perhaps Amanda Bynes would have been better off giving Miley Cyrus her bong!

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
