Doesn't look like the NYPD is getting any help from WIP's security cameras!

While they have all the tapes from Chris Brown and Drake's blood feast in their possession, the footage turned out WAYY too dark to make anything out.

How convenient…

Unfortunately, this is the only video police have obtained so far. So unless a film student was busy capturing the gore, it's gonna be a hard investigation!

Yea but there is a guy who taped it…but he is asking for money from people to sell it….read the NY daily post online…they paid him to talk about it..but he didnt show the video. He showed the after math on tape though with all of the people.

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stones magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
