    Please stop posting these people they are the definition of the decay of our modern society. People like Kim represent all the negative qualities a young woman can have.     The pictures of all the flowers are at the hotel, Gerorge V. They have amazing floral displays threw out the entire hotel. They are kind of well known for doing that type of display. So I highly doubt it's anything special, it's literally in the lobby when you walk in.

    The flowers are the current decor in the entrance of Four Seasons George V Hotel, the wine cellar is the Four Seasons one, where you can have private diner, and the Eiffel Tower cake is one of the desserts at the Restaurant… Nothing special but rich life…
