Trey Songz And Dave Hester Hug It Out

Okay, if you haven't seen Storage Wars, you might not know who this guy is — his name is Dave Hester, and he's the villain of the show (hands down).

Yes, it's a reality series about storage locker auctions. Yes it has a villain.

And yes, it's infuriatingly stupid to hear the guy yell "YUUUP!" when he's bidding.

Trey Songz took it a bit further than being annoyed… he tried to get him to stop by sending a cease and desist letter saying the phrase was his!

After a long battle of legal threats, and a back and forth of lawsuits, the war is finally over, you guys.

Obviously the judge ruled in favor of — wait, what?

They settled out of court??

Who won?? Can they both still say it??

We can only hope Trey was the winner, though, because hearing Hester yell it drives everyone insane, and makes him the least popular person on the show.

Dude needs to grow up!
