    One of the most talented and creative women in the world? ARE YOU KIDDING? My kindergarten teacher was more creative than Katy. How many times has a butterfly been a theme? Mariah Carey even used it after HER divorce. Katy Perry is so lame. She can't sing, her voice is shrill and harsh, and her shtick is so cliche.

    I am work at the MMVA this year and I over heard a conversation saying that she plans on lip syncing tonight's performance. Talented musician my foot.

    NEWSFLASH: Everyone at the MMVA's lip synchs! I may not be Katy's biggest fan, but I was at the show in Toronto near the stage on Queen St, and that was the case. The only singer who appeared not to be singing was Nelly Furtado, and well, it might have been best if she had. The street simply doesn't have the right accustics for live performances.

    Correction: the only singer who appeared to NOT be Lip Synching was Nelly Furtado*. The accustics were bad and she didn't sound as good as she normally does. Everyone esle was clearly lyp synching, or half-ass singing to backup vocals that did most of the work.
