Justin Bieber Draws Enormous Crowd At NYC Album Signing!
Hundreds of Justin Bieber fans lined the streets of NYC on Tuesday, with the hopes of meeting their Boyfriend and getting his autograph!
The Biebs was doing a signing for his chart-topping album Believe, which dropped yesterday, at J & R Music World in Manhattan!

As for that plaque in JB's hands??? Bieber was awarded a proclamation from the city of Manhattan, which declared June 19 as Justin Bieber J&R Appreciation Day in the city!
What an honor!
After all the pandemonium and madness, Justin tweeted:
