In the interest of securing young American voters for Barack Obama's re-election, Jared Leto, Zach Braff and a number of other stars are holding another Hollywood fundraiser for the Prez!
Along with the 30 Seconds To Mars frontman and Scrubs actor, the June 29th event will be hosted by Darren Aronofsky, David Fincher, Maria Bello and rock star Peter Frampton with loads of young celebs in attendance at the TBA location.
The fundraiser is part of the Democratic Party's Gen44 initiative, which is described as:
"The official under-40 fundraising program of Obama for America—created to cultivate and empower a rising generation of leaders for the Democratic Party."
Hollywood is throwing out loads of support for the Prez this year and has already raised millions for his campaign. A dinner at George Clooney's house raked in $15 million last May, while Ryan Murphy and Sarah Jessica Parker each hosted their own soiree earlier this month as well.
The question is, can Hollywood even compete with Romney's $1 billion Super PAC and his casino mogul buddy?
