Will.i.am Gives His Voice Fee To Charity!

What a fab thing to do!

Will.i.am is a judge on the U.K. version of The Voice, and was paid pretty handsomely to do so.

Here's the thing, though: Will.i.am knows he has enough stuff.

Because of that, he has decided to give his entire fee to charity! 500,000 Euros are going to disadvantaged young people in London through The Prince's Trust.

Here's what he said:

"I don't need any more luxury items. And equipping our young people with education and inspiration is real homeland security.

"I grew up seeing kids selling drugs at 11 and getting pistols and things they shouldn't be doing. My life could have turned out very differently. But I was encouraged to dance, sing by my mum and teachers… that changed my life."

Absolutely wonderful, Will.i.am!

We're sure all of that will be going to kids who deserve it, and will be SO thankful!

Keep it up, we love hearing about it!

    CHARITIES STEAL 99% OF ALL DONATIONS! NEVER GIVE TO A CHARITY! if you want to give, go directly to a orfanage, or pay someones tuition directly! DO NOT GIVE TO CHARITY! i worked for a charity before, it was the time i made more money in my life, but i just couldn't deal with the thieves! DO NOT DONATE TO CHARITIES! DONATE DIRECTLY!

    i think there needs to be a british person on your staff there has been A LOT of mistakes lately and the dailymail.co.uk has posted all of the stories a day or 2 prior to you. That never used to happen. #justsaying

    Seeing as the money came from the (in my case) unwilling TVL payer anyway - too right it should go back to them in some way. Bl**dy BBC thinking that we want yet another sh*! talent contest and using money that should go towards providing us with decent dramas for this.
