Who Will Play Johanna Mason?! Mia Wasikowska Out, Jena Malone Being Considered!

Oh! We wouldn't have thought of her for this part!

But she would DEFINITELY be awesome if she was cast!

Rumors are running rampant right now regarding the actresses currently being considered for the role of Johanna Mason in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Although Alice in Wonderland's Mia Wasikowska was recently mentioned as a potential contender for the role of tribute, her reps have unfortunately shot down the report, citing major scheduling conflicts for the actress!

But don't worry! There's a new name to be added to the list, and it is Jena Malone!

Now, she's definitely more of an indie darling, but she kicked some serious ass in Sucker Punch, and we think she's got just the right amount of spunk to give Katniss a run for her money, don't U?

We mean, seriously! She was straight up NASTY to Julia Roberts in Stepmom!

She could TOTALLY handle this role!

    I really felt Kate Beckinsdale was good for this role but I won't hate on Jena by any means.

    Not to mention how awesome she was in the recent Hatfields and McCoys. She portrayed an utterly detestable character. She's perfect for this role!

    Im not sure I know her as an actress, but as far as looks go, she seems perfect!! I really hope they pick her.

    Let's remember Johanna's shaved head in book three… the actress cast has to pull off the shaved look too.

    Jena is a great actress but she better be putting in contacts because Johanna has brown eyes and I am a stickler for eye/hair color… unless it is going from dark to light, then it tends to look fake.

    Mila Kunis is exactly how I pictured Johanna from the beginning. Mila kunis is perfection for this role. Mila, Mila, Mila.
