Russell Brand Lends a Hand To The Homeless!

This past Saturday, Russell Brand had a night out at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood and decided to pay it forward!
As he was making his exit and getting into his car, Russy was approached by a homeless Afghanistan war vet.

While some celebs might’ve just driven off, Russell stopped to have a brief chat with the man and handed him what's assumed to be his phone number and some cash.
This isn't the first time, however, that Russell’s had a friendly encounter with the less fortunate — back in March, he withdrew $600 for a homeless man in El Lay!
Such a nice thing to do…! Whether for publicity or not, the act was definitely generous and we're sure it was appreciated!
