    Not to be unsympathetic to the loss of $200k but in this economy losing $200k on your $7.1m house is not that big of a sacrifice. Some celebs are selling for $1m less than they paid. And some non celebs are losing $200k on $800k houses. A little perspective please Perez

    Act of desperation? He just has lowered the price of $7.49 to $6.9 millions. They are only $ 550k, to be an act of desperation.

    He has done what all the celebrities and anonymous do in the world.. Put the house at a price and if a year later not sell, lower the price.

    An act of desperation, would have been, he had lowered the price of $7.49 to $5 or $4.5 million. And obviously, he would have done in a short period of time..

    sounds like dude can longer afford it after the divorce. we all know Reese was making all the dough. downsizing is the key —- like a 600 sq ft bachelor is all he can afford these days.
