Lane Garrison, the former Prison Break actor charged for domestic violence this past spring, has finally been released from jail!
He spent over 2 months behind bars after being arrested on April 22 for allegedly slapping his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Mattingly, and said it "feels amazing" to be free on his $50,000 bail.
On his way out, he told sources that he couldn't comment on the case. After maintaining his innocence and swearing he doesn't believe in domestic violence , he said:
"Everybody makes mistakes and, you know, I just really want to use my time as wisely as I can; volunteer more."
He continued to described the experience as a "quick wake up call" and pointed out the obvious by adding, "You don't ever want to go in this place."
A hearing on July 11th will begin the court proceedings that determine whether or not he'll be going back.
