    One does not simply confuse a country for other one. Its the ultimate no-no and the quickest way to flop in a country.
    And remember, that the fans might not even know her grandma passed away.

    Anyways,I don't blame her for this mistake, because I feel her pain, since my own grandmother passed away last christmas and I grew up with her and loved her as much as i love my parents. She was very ill with cancer and I knew she was going to die, but losing her on such a day as Christmas was like getting shot and I was a confused mess for the next few days, that I even forgot she wasn't alive for a few times. Not to mention the urge to punch people.

    So this is perfectly understandable. I'm pretty sure that most fans, now that they know the story, feel bad for her…or maybe they don't, but sometimes I like to have some fate in humanity.

    She can't sing under any circumstance. She's also naturally a moron, and a druggie so don't make excuses for her.

    Her grandmother's death does not negate the possibility that she was wasted. She could have been mourning and wasted.

    Being late is unprofessional, confusing countries is highly unprofessional, after all people pay money to see her. She should have just canceled the show. She is terrible live, I would never waste my money on her concert.

    Well, she was half an hour late to the concert in Oslo the day before aswell. Her grandma certainly wasn't dead then. How do you explain that? I'm very curious.

    In Oslo, she partied till 5 a.m. after the concert, so how will she be able perform a good show (ever) if she keeps doing that every night?

    Actually the Oslo concert was already late (like 12 or 1 in the morning) and she went to the after party at the nightclub because after a concert that's usually what the performers do.
    Anyway Rip to her grandma, prayers go out to her and her family.

    i doubt the loss of her grandmother had anything to do with what happened on stage.
    her being late is a regular thing. her looking like she's anything but sober on stage is a regular thing. and her giving a half assed performance is a regular thing.

    I understand her pain, but we ( at least I) didn't know that her gran had passed away before the show. Plus, the festival paid 10 million swedish kronor (about 1.5 million us dollar i would guess) for her show, which is pretty big money when people aren't satisfied.And she cancelled last year two shows in sweden because of parting…

    I just saw her performance on YouTube and she was great! What are the Swedes talking about? She put on a show as to not disappoint her fans and they insult her? DISGUSTING. Especially since her grandmother just passed away HOURS beforehand. Had she cancelled they would have slated her for that too! The girl just can't win. These people have NO hearts. Karma is a b1tch, they better watch their backs. Rihanna is a trooper and a real professional for being strong and keeping to her obligations. They should be sending their condolences not slandering her. Those "fans" give Sweden a bad name! RIP Dolly and stay strong Rihanna.

    So, to all of you who saw that "she sounded great in a youtube-clip" : Yes, she sounded great to us who actually were there in person too. At least a minute or two at a time, but MOSTLY she sounded drunk, druggy and confused.
    THE DAY AFTER, we got the news about her gran, and I am so sorry for her, about that. But, she was also 45 min late in Oslo the day before, so it seems to be a habit with her. The festival paid very much to get her, and it's rude to both audience and arrangement to party the whole night before, no matter what. I am very sorry for her loss, I lost my mother to cancer so I wonder: what did she do in Scandinavia? She would feel better if she'd been at her grandma's side when she was dying instead of partying and making big money on the other side of the world. From what I saw, she will not join the 27 club. Unfortunately I think she's not going to make it to 27…. I'm very sorry for that too, and wish for her to get a grip and take better care of herself. Also, the thing when she mistook Sweden for Norway, I think it's not such big deal really since we are neighbours and we feel the pain of th massacre victims just as much as our fellow norwegians

    Give her a break. Man people are so mean. She is a great performer. She is great live. She actually sings LIVE! Unlike Katy Perry and Madonna. Maybe her voice is a little scratchy when she is dancing. She gives it her all. She was very close to her gramma and obviously she knew she was going to pass so I am sure she was aware of her condition and thinking about her constantly. She doesn't wanna cancel either because she cares about what she does.

    Lol at people being so outraged she was 45 mins late… A lot of big artists are always late for shows, Madonnas has been 90 minutes late for some of her shows, amongst MANY others. It's not unheard of for big artists so you guys are looking pretty ignorant right now.

    And you don't know when she found out. She could have found out a few hours before she was due to go on… When it was already far too late to cancel. She's cancelled her Rock In Rio concert but that was at least a few days in advance.

    I was at the festival and i saw her performance. I was in the front and I couldn't disagree more with the people who said that her perfomance was bad?! I totally loved her performance and really can't understand where people gets their bad opinions from. Or maybe it's just me, who don't try to find something wrong in everything all the time..

    I was there and I loved the show! She sang live unlike many other artists. ok so she might think that Oslo is in Sweden, but it was very sweet to sing a song about the tragedy.
