It was nice, but I really would love to hear the anthem sung plain, without all the vocal acrobatics. I wish singers didn't feel the need to 'make it their own'. It is not their own, it is everyone's, and should be sung so that everyone can sing along.

Wow this girl is impressive! Very appropriate anthem for the event. Her voice really does soar. I have heard her sing it before at other events and she sings it differently each time! Every time she sings it she brings something new to it and sounds amazing. Shes gorgeous too!

I actually like the American national anthem better than my own. I think it is way more patriotic. She wasn't horrible she just sang it really slowly with too many pauses. I was trying to sing along lol and had to keep pausing. I only know all the words through years of attending NBA games LOL
