Tom Cruise Sits Back & Lets Katie 'Play The Media!'
It may look like Katie Holmes has the upperhand in their upcoming divorce battle, but Tom Cruise is crafting something that fits him juuuust fine.
While we continue to hear sources speak on Katie's side of the situation, Tom's legal team is using this to their benefit.
According to attorney Bert Fields:
"Tactically we can't say where Tom will file a divorce case and if he'll be seeking joint custody of Suri. We are letting 'the other side' play the media until they wear everyone out, and then we'll have something to say. It's not Tom's style to do this publicly. He is really sad about what's happening."
But sad or not, it is happening. So he has to put those big boy panties on and deal with it!
And now it sounds like that's exactly what's happening for him and his legal guru. They're just waiting on their moment to pounce.

John Travolta was recently accused of sexual harassment of young men who were hired to give him massages, yet, none of the men said that he touched them, or forced them to touch him. Further, they said that he never propositioned them, or threatened them. Each all claimed that they felt harrassed, but had no evidence to prove their claims, or made such claims that would rise to any clear violation of the law. No law enforcement agencies are said to be investigating any of this, still the media is assailing Mr. Travolta, and blasting his ties to Scientology…as if her were a proven serial killer and rapist? All these things, are allegations that Team Cruise has denied, and yet, Team Katie has not disavowed these allegations as coming from them? If the media reported that you were stalking me, or causing people to stalk me…and we were a couple, broken-up, or otherwise, I would certainly immediately come to your defense and publicly clear the record by stating that is not true. However, Katie has not done that..or attempted to, so she must be the source of the claims. In addition, she made no attempt to seek-out the police for protection, or to file a criminal complaint? Why is everyone arguing over Scientology? I mean whether you like him or hate Tom Cruise is a Scientology soooo there's nothing to argue over. People hating Scientology isn't going to change the fact that Tom Cruise is one.
What I have seen in this 5 year Cruise/Holmes marriage is a young woman who has slowly been drained of her spirit whose face has aged beyond its years and personally I, myself, have known such draining of spirit. Look at Nicole now, happy family woman with a devoted hubby, Keith Urban, & 2 beautiful biological daughters; she always looked distant when married to Cruise.
