That's right, Carly Rae Jepsen has been officially confirmed to appear in the October 8th fifth season premiere of 90210, during which she will be performing a brand new track off of her debut album!
According to producers Patti Carr and Lara Olsen:
“We fell in love with her song when we first heard it, and used it in last season’s finale before it was a national sensation. We think she’s an exciting artist and are thrilled to be able to have her music on the show again, this time in a live performance in our season premiere.”
How exciting!
We've been waiting to hear more tunes from our gurl Carly, and thrilled to hear that we now have a confirmed date on which we'll be getting one!
