The divorce is over. The settlement's signed.

And any possible Scientology secret has been locked in its vault. ;)

So what's Tom Cruise up to now that he doesn't have to deal with the heat of Katie Holmes' kick*ss legal army?

The California High Sierras! That's what!

Yep! Filming for Oblivion has resumed! So Tommy Boy's busy shooting the sci-fi masterpiece in the mountains now instead of brrrutiful Iceland.

So in case you were planning on hiking there this week… watch out for mountain lions fuzzy sticks…er, boom mics!

It's actually filming in our incredible little town, Mammoth Lakes. From what I've been hearing, he's been lovely to the locals up here. Perez, give our town a shout-out! We just filed bankruptcy and could use some positive press!

Mammoth Lakes is a lovely town, spent a 4 of July there a number of years ago, just wish it was not so far away as I have problems driving long distances (bad back).

It’s clear that she was afraid of the Church of Scientology; why else would she plan it out so carefully? Katie had to have some help, though; her dad is a high-powered divorce lawyer who probably saw this coming. Steve Hassan’s new book, “Freedom Of Mind” has a pretty good explanation of how to help someone get out of a cult:
