Holy shiz! We almost forgot that he was up for the part!

Back in 2010, Josh Hutcherson was one of a handful of actors campaigning to be the next Spiderman!

Turns out… the future Hunger Games star made a srsly over-the-top audition video to help him land the coveted role — and it just leaked!

The audition tape is full of special effects, a choreographed fight scene, and even a musical score! LOL!

He must have really wanted that part! Ha!

He's a decent actor, but I don't think he has the long, agile, slender look that embodies a spider. His build is too bulky and he's heavy-footed… which is exactly how The Hunger Games author described Peta… the role that he got.

….this is CLEARLY a joke. The poor guy probably did this and 'leaked' it because he thought it was funny, he obviously didnt mean this to be serious, he's a MUCH better actor than this. And if he did… i guess A for effort?

Andrew Garfield…..pewy pewy, no looks there. Josh's acting is just fine….i assume it was his build that didn't get him this part. surely not the spiderman build. But nice try Josh!
