World War Z Has More Endings Than Clue! Is It Doomed?

We're TIRED of waiting for the zombie apocalypse, LOLz!!

Brad Pitt's World War Z still looks unbelievably promising but how will they ever finish shooting the movie if they can't decide on an ending?!?

First, Star Trek writer Damon Lindelof re-wrote the third act of the script.

Next, fellow Lost alum Drew Goddard gave it the old college try (he went to University of Colorado, for the record.)

And soon, apparently, Christopher McQuarrie — who just directed Jack Reacher with Tom Cruise — might give it a crack too!

Ugh!! Somebody figure it out!

We REALLY want to see BPitt interview zombie-attack survivors smash-in zombie skulls (as U.N. Ambassador Gerry Lane)!!

Do U think WWZ is falling apart? Or is it a good sign the studio is taking extra time to get it right?

I doubt they would put all this time into a movie just to let it fall apart - especially since it is starring Brad Pitt & it will obviously be a huge hit. The fact that they've went through several scripts just tells me that they aren't willing to settle for just an average ending, and that they want the film to be of good quality. The wait will be worth it, I'm sure. :)

The film is a mess and Pitt is a crap actor. He's been in his share of crap movies, so him starring isn't a guarantee of success; I can't watch him without thinking about all of the stories that say he reeks.

… hmm. i wonder why. did you read the book?! it's a whole different structure!!!
the book uses a series of interviews to convey a chronically series of events happening from different locations! that's what made the book unique and great. to make it into a movie is like a slap in the face.

    yeah read a book ppl.

Well when you get to many chefs in the pot..the stew is ruined.

Same thing here, HOW many people have been brought in on this movie, and either asked to be let go or they were replaced. From screen-writers to film crew..etc. Heck even Ed Harris backed out when they seen what a hot mess it was.

The director never had control from the get go, even before filming. Brad Pitt was MIA, because he was to busy playing house instead of playing business man/producer, and making sure that all those investors monies were being protected.

I really thought this was going to just flop. Now I think this movie is going to BOMB big time..and Brad Pitt is going to fall on the sword for this…….this was his baby from inception, from purchasing rights of the book, having screen writers bastardized the book, and hiring Marc Forster to direct.
