Fox was so pleased with the unconventional superhero movie Chronicle, that the studio wants director Josh Trank to tackle the Fantastic Four remake.
Despite the fact that the last movie hit theaters just five years ago, Fox plans on starting the franchise fresh with an entirely new cast.
We wonder if any of the newcomers in Trank's found-footage flick will be cast?
Alex Russell, the actor who played the surviving teenage protagonist in the director's feature debut, could potentially be a nice choice to replace Chris Evans as Johnny Storm, no?
Sources are saying that the movie will be the next Marvel property that Fox puts into production after The Wolverine starts filming.
In more Marvel news, it sounds like the same studio is desperately trying to get that Daredevil reboot off the ground too. The only problem is that director David Slade dropped out and they need to start production this fall or the rights will fall back into the hands of Marvel Studios and Disney.
Are U looking forward to seeing another take on The Fantastic Four and Daredevil?
