George Michael Talks Battling Life Threatening Illness

George Michael So Scary

We are SO glad that George Michael is alive and well, because for a while there it was really up in the air.

And of course, nobody knows that better than the man himself.

In a recent interview, George opened up about the scary situation, saying:

"I had to relearn to walk due to muscle atrophy. I just woke up kind of like this feeble old man. I guess all I can say about it is it was a horrible experience. It was downplayed because I didn't want to worry [anyone], or to have the press clamouring around the hospital. It would have been like a death watch.

"It was three weeks touch and go, on several occasions it was very close. When something like that happens, it takes a while to feel that life is safe again. I've lived with a lot of anxiety since."

We're sure!

We're also so glad that you're okay now. We can't imagine what that was like!

You had all your fans worried!

Looks like he's finally on the correct HIV meds, but when you're trolling for sex from anonymous men in public toilets all over the world & getting re-infected time after time with God knows what…medicine can only do so much…..
