Joseph Gordon-Levitt Responds To Colorado Tragedy

Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway and Christopher Nolan have already released statements regarding the Colorado shooting during a midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises, but now another star has too.
Although Joseph Gordon-Levitt fell silent on Twitter following the tragedy, he finally spoke up on Monday to give the victims his condolences. The actor, who plays a Gotham City cop in the film, tweeted:
My most sincere sympathies go out to the families of the victims in Aurora.
— Joseph Gordon-Levitt (@hitRECordJoe) July 23, 2012
His words were short and sweet compared to those of his co-stars, but we can only imagine how tough it is to respond to such a horrific incident!
Mz. Hathaway probably said it best with:
"I am at a loss for words how to express my sorrow."
No words will make up for the shooter's senseless actions, but at least people involved in the making of the movie are showing that they care!
We think it's safe to say that the entire nation's thoughts and prayers are with the victims of this unfortunate incident.

"unfortunate incident.",,, you're shitting me right,,,UNFORTUNATE!!?? stubbing your toe is unfortunate, multiple murder is so much more. god you're a twit..
Is it just me or did he just get really HOT after this movie..
Loss for words in celebrity terms means "I haven't had my publicist write me up an essay to sound smart"
That's it? It's not enough. They could at least use their money to send something to the hospital. After all, their fans died watching the movie they made. Not decent enough.
I think it is ridiculous that people keep saying the actors in this movie need to do more, they need to say more or send money, or in some cases shouldn't say anything. This tragedy was NOT their fault and they shouldn't be held responsible in any way. If anyone owes them anything it is the guy who did it. The studio is already donating a sum of money to aid the victims, which is more than they should be expected to do.
I am not in anyway trying to be rude to the victims, it was a pointless crime, and I have actually donated money to them as well. It is just uncalled for to hold the actors in this movie responsible, just because fans were watching them. They had nothing to do with it and no knowledge that it was going to occur. I think people should place blame on the one and only person who caused this.
As someone who lost someone in the incident, I think his words are very appropriate. Saying anything more could be insincere.
