Um, I don't think she is this happy/positive person he is making her out to be… The girl cuts herself and looks like she starves herself as well. No "happy/positive" person is going to cut themselves.

Just because someone works out or does Pilates every day does not mean that they don't have eating disorders at the same time… Especially people in Hollywood. It's not like I am saying I want her to be sick and kill herself, I was just stating my opinion/observations.
