Real life may be filled with homewrecking marriage drama — Rupert Sanders' infidelity with Kristen Stewart in particular — but there's still hope for the purest love of Glee!
Season 3 left us with a pit in our stomach after Finn (Cory Monteith) outrageously dumped fiancee Rachel (Lea Michele) right before she got on the train for NYC.
DEVASTATED WAS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.
Luckily, Ryan Murphy isn't completely sold on tearing Finchel apart forever!
Matthew Morrison has revealed:
"I think there's plans to be a [Wemma] wedding this year. I think it's going to be one of those episodes where that is the thing that brings everyone back. So I'm hoping that will happen."
Meanwhile, Finn will still have to fight Rachel's new love interest, Brody (played by Dean Geyer).
We talked about him wanting her gold stars yesterday, but now she's saying:
"Rachel meets someone in college. You know when the season first starts off she hasn't heard from Finn, she doesn't really know where things stand."
THE HORROR! THE HORROR!
If our little Broadway hopeful ends up with anyone else, we'll just be in a state of shock forever!
Thank goodness the actors are together in real life (see below)! It cushions the sadness a little bit for us… kinda like when Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe were still together even though their Cruel Intentions characters weren't…
