OMG! i have not seen much of madonna live, other than the odd video clip, but i was SHOCKED at this live performance. she looks like an old lady, with old lady moves, and less-than-quality vocals. yikes. i would never pay to see her live, if this is what madonna is live.
scary, really. she moves like a robot, step 1-2-3-step-kick. and her vocals. OMG, again.
the concert last 45 minutes and she did a 10 minutes speech about respect and not taking her fans for granted lol! people were pissed since they paid almost 300 euros for that shit! she was insulted by her (former?) fans who asked for refund! what a bitch!

It's difficult not to come to the conclusion that Madonna is becoming a lonely middle aged woman with horrific diva tendencies that ultimately mean she has no one around her to say:
1. You need to stop trying to shock - it doesn't work for you now.
2. Put the toy guns away. There's no artistic reason for you to justify them in your show. You're a pop singer - not fu**ing Salvador Dali
3. Keep your clothes on
4. Write better material - and leave the lyrics to those who can write them
5. Btw, People are still eating in Greece.
6. More class, less ass.

the show was cool. but I guess I'll submit that if you paid a ton of money you could be disapointed if you weren't prepped for the smaller showcase that it was going to be. still, if something says "intimate", that really would make me wonder if it was also just going to be a mini-show. Also, there are people all over the world that would pay double to see Madonna in a smaller venue like that even if knowing she'd perform for even less time. She's done mini shows like that in New York before and people go crazy trying to get a ticket.
BTW I'm starting to think raypearson might be Lady Gaga in disguise. LOL!!
