TJ And Katherine Agree To Share Guardianship Of MJ's Kids Fortune
Since the death of their father, these kids don't know who to trust!
We reported yesterday that the courts have made TJ Jackson their temporary guardian … but the key word there was "temporary."
Apparently, he and his Grandmother Katherine just agreed upon a more long term solution. They forged a joint-custody agreement which is expected to be approved by the courts in the near future.
From what we know of the situation, Katherine likes the deal because now she can pass the day-to-day child-raising duties on to TJ but still control the kids $70k weekly allowance!

It's impossible to say for sure whether these family members are motivated by cash or by a love for Michael Jackson's kids.
We sincerely hope they all have the kids best interests at heart!

Re: flergasfsdfasdf – actually he's right on this one. TJ got temporary sole guardianship earlier this week but it was announced today that they would share the guardianship, after they go to court again next week. Saw it on Gossip Cop, which is one of the most reliable sites out there.
In response to what you wrote on the picture, YES they are the prize at the bottom of the cracker jack box because it's all the kids money. That is what is so important to all of the relatives of MJ. It's not the kids, it's the moolah that goes with the kids where ever they go it follows.
I'm sick of these kids. 1st off Michael didn't want them in the press at all. he always sheilded them. They are way too exposed. Enough already just be kids. Especially Paris stop already. Katherine is who Michael appointed as her guardian if he'd of wanted TJ he'd have said TJ he didn't. So until Katherine dies they should be raised with all the servants & stuff that they are used to by Katherine. Everyone else should be kind to them & stay out of it.

I think it is a good move to have a joint guardian situation. Katherine is in her '80's now and if she dies or becomes incapacitated, then TJ is still there to step in and take over the care of MJ's kids. Now the kids won't have to cope with grief at her death and confusion over is their guardian/parent figure at the same time. It's easier for the kids to have that stress of the unknown removed. And yes, Mzsavvy, I agree - MJ would not want his kids living large in the public eye like this. He kept them protected and away from his family for a (good) reason.
