Okay, okay. So we can’t really lie and say we didn’t see this one coming…but it’s STILL unfortunate!

Earlier, we reported that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Adrienne Maloof and hubby Dr. Paul Nassif are calling it quits after nine years of marriage.

Now, Adrienne is opening up about what led to their split, which has left her devastated!

Adrienne stated:

"I'm so sorry that this is happening but my children are my life and sometimes we need to do what's best for them. It's an unfortunate situation but, I have to have my kids best interest at heart.”

So sad!

Sounds like the two had been "on the rocks" for quite some time now, as viewers had witnessed in the most recent season of RHOBH.

While some might’ve thought it was just the couple’s quirky dynamic, it now seems as though there was MUCH more behind Adrienne and Paul’s spats.

The reality TV duo share three children together and we hope they can remain civil towards each other…at least for their kids’ sake!

Now, we're only left to ponder — who'll get the house?? Better yet…who will get little Jackpot?!

We wish both Paul and Adrienne the best, as we're sure the split hasn't been easy for anyone.

You're right it has to be hard on the kiddies to see their mom emasculate their dad everyday. I hope Paul gets help for the years of emotional abuse and some prosthetic testicles in the settlement.

Ms Maloof is too Aloof - that's part of her problem. Flee now Pretty Paul and don't look back. Adrienne takes you for granted, bitches at you over the pettiest shit and is a cold, uptight diva. Hope you meet a warm, funny, naturally beautiful woman. Adrienne's blown it. Besides, she's seems the type that is NEVER satisfied. PS: do you like Australian girls???

2 sides to every story & all, of course BUT she comes off like such a cold bitch.
He seems funny & sweet. She also wears those nasty ass extentions & heels & way too much make up like all the HW's do but it makes her (and a few others) look like a tranny.

OMG…I love Paul. I'm sorry he and Adrienne are splitting up. They really had a strained relationship on the show. I think he rocks. He's cute, fun, funny, bright and so nice. Maybe he needs to find someone more like himself.
