Another SeXXXy Twilight Fan Fiction Gets The Fifty Shades Treatment

| Filed under: Tacky & TrueTwilightBookz50 Shades Of Grey

Fan Fiction

THIS IS NOT OKAY!

Another Twi-Hard is ca$hing in on a nASSty obsession with the book series!

"Author" Sylvain Reynard has signed a SEVEN FIGURE deal with a major publishing company to print his Twilight fan fiction!

Just like 50 Shades Of Grey author E.L. James did with her masterpiece, some editing also had to be made in this new book series. Reynard had to change a few names and switch the title from The University of Edward Masen to Gabriel’s Inferno and voila! The twisted personal fantasy has been transformed into legit romance novel!

Our source claims the book revolves around:

"The story of a sinful exploration of sex, love, and redemption between a Dante scholar and his graduate student."

OoOoOoh! So it's a period piece, eh?

That sound an awful lot like some other naughty books coming out soon!

Sorry Mr Reynard, but we hope this trend ends now yesterday!

We love us some Twilight, but srsly! Edward and Bella can only inspire so much!

People find inspiration in many different places. Who cares where that inspiration stems from if others enjoy reading the works? The characters have different names, backgrounds, personalities, and plots - there are therefore no issues of plagiarism. It doesn't make much sense, and is frankly offensive, to place the word 'author' in quotes - the individual had the inspiration, came up with the story, and wrote the work - that is an author. As for it being a 'twisted personal fantasy', aren't all fictional works fantasies? Twisted because another book the author enjoyed inspired them? And finally, 'Edward and Bella can only inspire so much"? Perhaps for you. Perhaps this author has a more creative imagination than you do.

actually these books came out WAAAAAY before the 'Fifty Shades Trilogy'

why does it matter where people draw their inspiration from?

i read this fic…and it was incredible. and in no way, shape or form, was it anything like 50 shades. romantic? yes. all about sex? no.
and to be honest? some fanfic writers out there have stories written that are better than some of the crap published today. so if it doesnt affect you. which it doesnt. BE NICE. and shut up.

These books are nothing like 50 shades, they've been out for ages. Not to be rude but study a bit before you trash stuff…

This book is very different from 50 Shades. Despite a lot of descriptive sex scenes, the book is way more tastefully written, deeper, contains a lot of intellectual references, and tackles topics such as morality and virtue. It also has been out for about a year and a half and isn't new news. It wouldn't hurt to actually read part of the book before jumping to conclusions about it simply due to what it was inspired by.

Another baseless post by you Perez, this book has absolutely nothing to do with Fifty Shades, the character might have some very very small similarity with Christian Grey but there's no bondage or anything related to that whatsoever, inspired by phedofile Edward and dumbass Bella???? I dont think so… read the books first before blabbing, these boks are beyond beautiful and also.. well written…

I read this story as a fanfiction and I loved it… I also read 50 shades as a fanfiction and I also love it… Both stories are so different. Maybe the authors got their inspirations from the twilight characters but that does't mean that the stories suck! A lot of different stories like this have been published before 50 shades

Have you read these books Perez?! If not, shut your mouth. They are pretty damn good. Frankly, it doesn't matter where these authors are pulling their inspiration from. And for all of those who call this smut, don't read it. This country can be so repressed sometimes. Get your head out of your righteous asses and live a little…jeez.

ARE YOU F UCKEN SERIOUS!!!! WHAT AN ASSUMPTION ABOUT SOMETHING YOU KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT!!! wow!!! my view of you just dramatically changed!!! I finished both of these last weekend after reading all of Fifty Shades based on Goodreads and various blogs recommending them, (They were nominated for book awards and received very high ratings) but I still didnt hold my breath. And they blew me away!!!!! better then Fifty, the writing is beyond captivating!! to clarify:-
    1. The writing in these books is absolutely beautiful….and 'extremely intelligent'…. Fifty Shades (which I love) has a very poor writing style where this is actually so well put together. Captivating, Intoxicating!
    2. There is little to 'no' sex… especially in the first book. Its all about the evolution of love between two very different characters and its very in depth analysis to various biblical, art and literary references that academics will probably only understand….clearly not yourself!!! The author must have studied a number of different things to be able to achieve what HE did in writing this….
    3. DO YOUR RESEARCH - this post you have just put up is COMPLETELY INACCURATE!!!
the book 'Bared to You' is a better comparison to Fifty Shades which has just made it big….get you facts straight! That book is literally the same! Do your homework! - and yes Ive read that too!!
    5. NOT A PERIOD PIECE MORON

Oh Perez, you shouldn't make assumptions about books based on their inspiration. That's shallow- even for you. Have you even read these books? They are nothing like Twilight- its inspiration not a sequel! It is so much better than 50! The only similarity between the two is that the characters have sex (eventually in GI). Reynard's books are written so well and include references to literature, art, music and a character depth 50 shades didn't come close to achieving. Please read a book before claiming to know something about it!

This FF was published BEFORE Master Of the Universe/Fifty Shades was.

What's different is this one is actually a beautiful story. Doesn't revolve around sex and no S+M in sight.

Not all FF is below-par. This one is incredible.
