Jackson Custody Battle ENDS!! Katherine And TJ Named Joint-Guardians

Phew!! The madness has FINALLY come to an end!
Custody of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson will now be jointly shared by their grandmother Katherine and their adult cousin TJ Jackson.
The joint-guardians came to terms earlier in the week on an arrangement earlier this week butit took until today for the court to give their consent.
The custody plan is considered mutually beneficial because it allows for TJ to handle the energy dependant day-to-day concerns of child raising while allowing their 82 year old grandmother Katherine to remain on as a familiar loving face and a stabilizing force.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff made the ruling after an intense investigation which included interviewing the children to gain their oft-overlooked perspective.
"It's clear that the kids love Mrs. Jackson and they are very well taken care of. They also love TJ Jackson (temporary co-guardian), and Mrs. Jackson is doing a terrific job with the children."
It's been a trying few weeks for all of Michael Jackson's surviving family but most especially these children.
Thankfully, everyone seems happy with this arrangement including would-be guardian Diana Ross who objected strongly to the whole public situation a few days ago.
We are BEYOND happy to report their well-being has been secured!! Hopefully this solution is permanent.

TJ needs to be katherine's guardian too. She needs protecting from her children as much as those kids do.
Thank God. I could hardly sleep.
Re: Lori – Good Saying.
Diana Ross shouldn't have made that promise to micheal if the old hag wasn't going to keep it.
Glad to hear the judge took the children's wishes into consideration, certainly the oldest two are able to testify in court if it came to that, glad it did not and that everything worked out amicably.
i dont see how the kids could be safe with any of these people after whats gone on..
