Seems like The Situation has one less situation lawsuit to worry about!
Back in 2011, the Jersey Shore star was sued by his management company, who claimed they made him famous!
Gotham NYC Entertainment smacked Sitch with a $1,000,000 lawsuit, claiming he wrongfully fired them and in turn, Sitch countersued, saying they didn’t do SHIZ for his career!
Now, it looks like The Situation and Gotham have decided to put the past behind them and have dismissed BOTH lawsuits out of court!
Both parties also agreed to pay their own legal fees and move on from the matter!
Gym, tan, lawsuit no more! Ha!
