Flo Rida Owes Australian Music Festival Organizers $400K
Someone is blowing the whistle on this guy — and not the way he'd want them too!
Back in April, we heard that Flo Rida had to hand over $80,000 to a concert promoter in Australia after bailing on the Fat as Butter music festival last October.
However, now he also has to pay an additional $400,000 to the festival organizers because a judge determined he failed to fulfill his commitment to them.
The money will cover airfare, accommodation, hospitality and legal fees, as well as damages to the organizer's reputation.
This is an expensive lesson for the rapper, but one he had to learn sooner or later.
When you accept money for a commitment, you better be there ready to give the organizers and fans their money's worth!
