Re: rosebud99 – You're probably right; they'd love to have him. I liken ALL religions to cults, even Christianity. If Pattinson can manage to get through this on his own strength, he'll come out on the other end a wiser person. Religion is a crutch, not a path to solution.

Religion shouldnt take the blame for the actions of some of the people who follow it, many do bad things hiding behind the cloak of religion. Religion can only be held accountable if it teaches people to do bad things, if you know the differance between right and wrong, you should be able to tell the differance between true and false religion.

For gods sake she is 22..or 3? Who wasn't confused at that age…it's not world wide national news…saw her in "into the wild" at like 16 and thought she had a real spark but surely at that age with back to back movies, fame, it's going to mess with you…where is any compassion in this for f#$%^ sake she is a child and leave her the hell alone…and him…I didn't give 2 hoots for twilight since I 'm not a teen but this has made me feel maternal for both of them. The media glare and sick obsession will not be helping either of them heal…and yeah, my two bits worth…he has cosy high profile friendships with very attractive women (not saying anything happened but to a 22 yr old brain it's a lot) and I believe her and the older director dude (who has the most to answer for In my book) just kissed- take it all in context…meanwhile two young lives are wrecked due to media scrum when he could easily have done the same…although, who knows what really happened except those involved so get back on with your own lives!!!
