Hilary Duff Is Making A Comeback, Baby!
Lizzie McGuire Hilary Duff is retuning to TV!!
The new mommy has just agreed to a TV development deal with FOX. The studio has agreed to find a sitcom for Hil to star in AND produce (cause she's a boss like that)! All Mz. Duff has to do is not take offers from other networks.
So yeah, our dreams of Lizzie McGuire: Mommy Edition have been dashed!
What kind of shows will FOX and Co. be throwing the Duffster's way??
So far, no word on what shows they're looking at — or even what kind of comedies. We're just hoping her future series will be more like New Girl and less like Melissa & Joey.
Whatever her new gig is, we are TOTES thrilled for the Disney star-tuned-movie-star-turned-author-turned-mom!
We can't wait to see what she comes up with!

Why would Fox be that interested in her? She hasn't done anything worth watching in forever, and it's not as though she has legions of fans. She's very … BORING.
Its kind of like a Melissa JOan Hart thing in Melissa and Joey its been awhile since shes been around. But like M and J it would probably be successful because how big her popularity once was.
