Taylor Swift Swiftly Dominates Download Charts With We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together

taylor swift we are never ever getting back together itunes single number one download success

That didn't take long at all!

In just a few short hours, Taylor Swift's new single jumped to the head of iTunes download charts.

We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together tells the tale of a sweet and innocent girl burned one too many times by a douchey ex-bf.

It's a bubbly, infectious, bonafide pop-tastic hit — which you can listen to HERE — and we hope it serves as an uplifting mantra for young women spurned by unpleasant men!

We're not sure how long it's going to stay at the top of the chart, but hopefully long enough to shame John Mayer this mystery ex-boyfriend into changing his ways!!

Note to self Conor Kennedy: Do not get on Swifty's badside!

Taylor should take a couple of years off and go get an education. Then maybe she will be able to come up with something a little less junior high.

Re: rosebud99 – Her "junior high" music is making her millions. I think she's doing pretty okay.

Re: Allie – It is not about money, it is about personal growth. When people like Taylor, or Beiber make millions at a very young age, the tendency is to ignore mental development - it makes for a short career and an insecure, immature adulthood. It is the young stars who have made a lot of money, but still taken the time to get an education that seem to do the best in the long run. I like her music, but singing about teenage angst can only take you so far.

Re: rosebud99 – She's still young though. Why not hold onto youth? Her sound has definitely matured with each album. It's clear she's here to stay musically. She's producing music that people like while still keeping it "her own."

Well what about "Safe and Sound" ? I don't think that's junior high at all ! She can sing and she proved it. She can write whatever she wants as long as she enjoys doing it and there are people out there enjoy her music. She's so much better than so many artists out there. I'd rather know about her through her songs than some stupid scandals, she actually works hard to get to where she's at, what's so bad about it???

when all you haters write multiple albums that make millions and are loved by millions no matter young or old THEN come and have an opinion. Stop with all the judgements.
