We've seen pics from the Arrested Development set, but now we're getting some commentary from the guy who's voice we can't wait to hear when the 4th season premieres on Netflix next year!
Ron Howard spoke with MTV recently and promised that the revival of the cult comedy will be just as "hilarious" as it was before!
The executive producer and narrator of the show expressed his own gratitude for the show's return by saying:
"I visited the set last week. It's a blast over there. Mitch Hurwitz has such a remarkable, creative voice. It's the perfect set of actors to bring it to life. I'm so glad it's back. I'm a fan, too. The scripts are hilarious."
It's been a while since we've seen what the Bluth family was up to, but Howard assures we won't be disappointed Mitch Hurwitz's "bold and fearless" vision, as he continued:
"Mitch isn't trying to recreate something. It's been away for a while, and part of the fun that Mitch has been mining and exploiting is, what's new to discover about these people? What's delightfully unchanged? He and the writing staff and the actors have a fantastic sense of that. They're pretty brazen, pretty bold and fearless. That's what made the show into something that fans really kept alive."
We can't wait to see the first episode, but in the meantime, we'll settle for more pics from the set!
Someone tell Michael Cera and Jason Bateman to keep up with those tweets!
