Game Of Thrones Finds A New King!

Ciaran Hinds Rome

Game Of Thrones has cast yet another contender to the throne!

So who else actually wants to sit in the pointy sword chair? Gaius Julius Caesar!

Wha huh?

Longtime HBO viewers will recognize new cast member Ciarán Hinds as the ruthless emperor from Rome!

Now he'll be taking the role of Mance Rayder, the King Beyond The Wall! Mance is the leader of the Wildling army that was seen heading south towards Westeros at the close of last season.

Ciarán will join Pirates of The Caribbean's MacKenzie Crook, Love Actually's Thomas Brodie-Sangster, and fellow Rome star Tobias Menzies on the ever-growing third season.

Fans already know that anyone can die- or rise to power- at any moment in Game's vicious world, so you'll definitely want to keep your eyes on this lot!

I've never watched the show because I don't have cable but I LOVE Ciran Hinds!! he's one of the most AMAZING actors of our time. Too good for even television. He is just one of the classics, like a step back from times past. He's a gift that has been left to our generation. They better make sure they treat him good. Ciaran is the real deal.

FYI Perez. You probably haven't read the Game of Thrones books, but Mance Rayder is NOT the leader of the army at the end of last season. He is the king beyond the wall, but his army is composed of real human wildings, not the white walkers, which are somewhere inbetween zombies and ghosts. Mance's army fights against the white walkers. Just wanted to clear up the confusion.
